1.3. Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about a product, you may return it within 14 days from the date of delivery. However, please note that the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item does not meet these criteria.

2.3. Packaging and Shipping: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original accessories and materials. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns, except in cases where the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

3.1. Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

3.2. Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit for the refunded amount, which you can use for future purchases on our website. Store credit will be provided in the form of a unique code emailed to you.
